At Intrepid we have developed a modified agile methodology, we are able to keep track of the process using measurable benchmarks. These come in the order as follows;
- Requirement Specifications (Version.1) – This document contains the following:
a.) User requirements – These are the functional and aesthetic/design specifications that the user proposes for their product
b.) Proposed site map – This is the suggested content structure that is developed after refinement of user requirements
- The prototype X – This is the product that is released for users to review and includes:
a.) The front design – This is the template design as suggested by Intrepid (Including any modifications after the review stage)
b.) The Content Management System – The framework on which the rest of the site is built on to allow for efficient management of web content
c.) Functional Modules – The implemented solutions that meet the unique needs of the user
- Requirement Specifications (Version. X) – This document contains the amendments, adjustments or changes that come up during the subsequent review stage(s).
- Beta Version Product – This is the product that is released for testing after the client is satisfied with the product or within three iterations of the prototype review
- Final Product – This is the product that is released after thorough testing and reviewing
- Functional Product – This is the stable release that is launched after training
- Documentation (Report & Manuals) – This includes the reports of the whole process of the project and the manuals that are used by the client to manage the product after training.
